SAGEVIBE, Inc. - a corporation registered in the United States ("SAGEViBE" or "we" or "us") responsible for processing personal data collected through our platform.

User - any individual who can be identified through our services ("you," "your").
Personal Data - any content that can be linked to you, including chat histories, knowledge base content, email address, and usage analytics.
Platform - SAGEViBE's website, applications, and services.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide:

• Email addresses and Google Auth information
• Chat histories and conversations with your AI companion (will be kept private through encryption)
• Knowledge base entries, uploaded documents, and personal notes (will be kept private through encryption)
• Profile information and service preferences

Information Collected Automatically:

• Usage analytics, such as button click counts
• Device information, including IP address and browser type
• Location data (limited to city information) to enhance location-based services
• Anonymized and obfuscated user data derived from chats and knowledge base for service improvement (can be turned off on Premium Tier)

Google User Data

Data We Access from Google:
When you sign in with Google OAuth, we access the following Google user data:

• Your email address
• Your name (first name and last name)
• Your Google ID (used as your primary account identifier)

How We Use Google Data:

• Google ID: Used as your primary account identifier to authenticate your identity and maintain secure access to your SAGEViBE account
• Email address: Used to communicate with you about our services and added to our customer relationship management (CRM) system for:
• Service-related communications (account updates, security alerts, feature announcements)
• Customer support
• Name: Used to provide personalized recommendations and enhance your experience with your AI companion

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not:

• Transfer or sell your Google user data to third parties
• Use your email for personalized or retargeted advertising
• Use your data to train AI models

Google API Services Compliance:

• SAGEViBE’s use of information obtained from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Age Requirements and Minor Protection

SAGEViBE services are available to users of all ages, including minors. We implement comprehensive safety measures:

• Age Verification: We collect and verify user age during registration
• Content Filtering: Automated systems filter content appropriately based on user age
• Parental Controls: Enhanced protections and controls for users under 18
• COPPA Compliance: Additional privacy protections for users under 13

Data Security and Encryption

Zero-Knowledge Storage:
We will implement Zero-Knowledge Storage as much as possible for your personal content:

• Two-Factor Server-Side Encryption: Chat histories and knowledge base content will be protected with advanced encryption
• Storage Protection: Your encrypted data at rest will not be accessible by SAGEViBE team members without your authorization
• Premium Controls: Premium Tier users will receive additional password-protected encryption controls

Data Classification:

• Encrypted Personal Data: Chat histories, knowledge base content, and uploaded documents will be encrypted
• Standard Protection: Account information, usage analytics, and project metadata will receive standard protection measures

Open Source Commitment:
SAGEVIBE will open-source its API stack to provide transparency and enable independent security audits of our encryption methods.

Data Retention
We will only store your personal data on our systems for the period necessary to serve the outlined purposes or obligations by the applicable law (for example, for bookkeeping or mandatory archiving purposes). The personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected and the storage period prescribed by applicable law has expired.

How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data, including all Google user data, at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.

To request data deletion:

• Email us: Send a deletion request to contact@sagevibe.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”
• Include: Your registered email address and account details
• In-app deletion: Once our platform launches, you will be able to delete your account and all associated data directly from your account settings

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will permanently remove all your personal data from our systems, including:

• Google user data (email, name, Google ID)
• Chat histories and conversations
• Knowledge base entries and uploaded documents
• Profile information and preferences

Note: Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (such as transaction records for tax requirements) as permitted by law.


California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights:

• Right to know what personal information is collected
• Right to delete personal information
• Right to opt-out of sale (we don't sell data)
• Right to non-discrimination

International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards through adequate protection mechanisms, standard contractual clauses, and certification schemes where applicable.
